Full – Time, Contractor for 1 year (with possibility of prolongation)
To be based in Bishkek, travels are considered within KR

Summary of the Position
This position will be a member of a professional team that is responsible for providing strategic human resources guidance, training and support in all areas of HR. Will also be responsible for supporting human resources administration, developing and delivering HR solutions, benefits administration, employee relations, organizational development, Employee's compensation and employment law and handling recruiting.


 University degree (Masters or Bachelors) with major concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or Psychology
 Knowledge and practical application of employment laws (in particular Labor Code of KR), HR Policies and Management best practices
 Demonstrate ability to bring an innovative approach to the role
 Superior analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
 Practical experience in planning, forecasting, good understanding of the economic situation and the market
 Fluency in Russian, English and Kyrgyz
 Minimum work experience of 8 years, where ~5 years at managerial/consultancy level

Милдеттер :

 Provide expert consultation to the management on HR related issues
 Develop and implement the HR strategy to meet the business objectives
 Ensure compliance of HR matters with the laws & regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic and Company guidelines
 Advises for the staff recruitment and termination processes, assure that staff contracts and job descriptions are at place
 Advice and councils with staff planning, replacement and transfers
 Lead in the development and implementation of staff benefits and rewards policies for the organization to attract and retain talent
 Consult, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 Facilitate staff training and development processes in the organization
 Manage Succession Planning in the organization to ensure business continuity for critical positions and effective Talent Management System
 Consults management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Staff responsibility
HR Consultant is responsible for guiding and developing the staff within HR Department.

Perform other duties as may be requested by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
