Optherium is providing white-label Neobank services to enterprises and startups under the B2B2C model, covering customer, technical, and compliance support.

You will be working with Neobank customers directly, helping and supporting them in questions related to customer interaction with the user interface, fees, lost and stolen cards, delayed transactions, system issues, and etc.

- are over 18 years old
- care deeply about delighting our customers
- are great at explaining things to people, and have fluent verbal & written English skills
- delight in investigating awkward problems, getting to the root cause, and fixing them
- you are friendly and organized
- added a word "viva" at the beginning of your bid to prove you are a detail-oriented person
- want to be part of our team
- experience in payments, banking, or finance is a plus
- proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, and other languages is a very big plus

Милдеттер :

- Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customers' issues
- Designing customer support dialogues scripts
- Providing the best customer support by talking directly and honestly with our customers, and developing a deep understanding of what our community really wants from a digital bank.
- Communicating with our customers through a variety of different mediums, based on our customers’ needs; whether that be through calls, social media platforms, email, or in-app chat.
- Proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, tools, or product to make them happier.
- Identifying customers who are in vulnerable situations and helping to figure out what steps we can take to support them.
- Working closely with our financial team to act as the first line of defense to help spot and investigate trends.
- Understanding, prioritizing, and escalating our customers' feedback and feature requests to the external product team.
- Supporting other members in the customer support team by being a point of escalation for other teammates and mentoring new joiners.
- Making sure the rest of the company stays customer-focused and fixated on building the best white-label neobank in the world
- Representing Optherium Labs online at all times in the best possible way
